As Senior Implementation Manager for Strategic Partnerships, you will independently lead the onboarding and launch of Spring Health's most complex strategic partnerships, including integration, referral, reseller, payer/carrier, and wellbeing rewards models. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will translate partnership strategy into a clear joint operating model and manage delivery from scope definition through launch, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex, high-impact strategic partnership implementations, establishing delivery approach, governance, milestones, and launch path
- Serve as primary implementation contact and trusted delivery partner across Spring Health and partner teams, building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Translate commercial partnerships into practical joint operating models with defined roles, handoffs, decision rights, communication cadences, and success measures
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to confirm requirements, solution design, acceptance criteria, and dependencies are clear before execution
- Coordinate with Technical Implementation Managers on data integrations, testing, and technical readiness without removing ownership from technical leads
- Manage integrated project plans across business, operational, and technical workstreams, synthesizing status and risks for delivery teams and leadership
- Anticipate risks, clarify ambiguous responsibilities, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive mitigation through resolution
- Convert recurring patterns and requirements into scalable operating models, playbooks, and governance standards
- Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled practices to improve portfolio visibility and execution quality
Success means strategic partnerships launch on time with clear joint operating models, accountable owners, and no surprises. Stakeholders maintain trusted relationships with clear governance and shared confidence in readiness. Dependencies are validated and transitioned cleanly. Time to value is reduced while managing scope, quality, and risk. Risks surface early with sound judgment and executive-ready communication. Repeatable playbooks improve efficiency and scalability of future launches.
