As a Senior Implementation Manager focused on Global Payroll (NAMER region), you will be the primary consultant and project lead for customer implementations of Rippling's payroll and related HR products. You will work directly with enterprise and mid-market clients to understand their business objectives, design custom implementation plans, and guide them through deployment and adoption of Rippling's suite of products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans tailored to their specific business objectives across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and other products
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle end-to-end, consulting with customers on timelines and milestones to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Drive product adoption by providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights that help clients maximize platform capabilities
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate for product enhancements based on customer needs and industry trends
- Work with internal teams to develop processes and best practices that integrate customer learnings to improve operational efficiency
This is an individual contributor role with significant client-facing responsibility and cross-functional influence, but does not involve direct people management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep commitment to exceptional customer experience
- Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams
- Payroll domain expertise is a plus but not explicitly required
Note: Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects office-based employees (within 40 miles of a Rippling office) to work in-office at least three days per week. This role is posted as remote but candidates near an office location may be expected to meet this requirement.
