Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-level implementations and drive customer success. In this role, you'll be a critical part of the customer journey, partnering with enterprise sales early in the opportunity cycle to assess needs, shape delivery strategy, and craft Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly articulate scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
As the implementation project owner for enterprise customers, you'll be the first point of contact for new accounts, working to understand their marketing goals and complex tech stacks. You'll build and own project plans, leading both customer and internal teams through execution. Key responsibilities include defining implementation strategies, managing enterprise project scope and budget, leading consultative conversations to clarify business objectives, and translating desired outcomes into actionable delivery plans.
You'll demonstrate deep product expertise, including understanding API and Webhook functionality to help customers achieve key use cases on the Klaviyo platform. You'll navigate complex, cross-functional projects across global teams, engage with and influence C-level stakeholders, and apply expertise in risk management to identify and mitigate project risks. Strong stakeholder relationship-building and communication with internal and external teams is essential to drive projects forward through visibility and accountability.
The role includes monitoring implementation health across your book of business, collaborating closely with Solutions Architects, Sales, Customer Success Managers, Deliverability Strategists, and Support. You'll also provide informal coaching and mentorship to other Implementation Consultants, supporting delivery excellence and skill development across the team.
