Prolific is building the human data infrastructure that powers AI development. As a Senior Human Data Operations Partner, you will be a key enabler for client-specific AI projects, ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end operational processes that support Prolific's specialized participant pools.
You will work closely with delivery teams to align participant-related processes with strategic AI customer needs, while partnering with product and tech teams to transform manual workflows into scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in participant onboarding, verification, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans, workflows, and enablement materials for efficient delivery
- Maintaining high-quality, diverse participant pools optimized to meet customer demands
- Implementing and managing verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers
- Optimizing participant onboarding and activation funnels to enhance retention and performance
- Monitoring engagement and quality metrics to drive continuous improvements
- Contributing to upskilling programs and certification processes for complex AI tasks
- Collaborating with product, data, science, and customer success teams on strategic alignment
- Transforming manual processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions with product managers
- Acting as a bridge between delivery teams and operational functions
- Documenting and communicating operational changes across the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human data operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational execution
- Experience implementing and optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Zapier and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills with stakeholder enablement track record
- Confidence with data analysis and operational metrics for decision-making
- Familiarity with human data operations, product/data operations, participant recruitment, or global crowdsourcing/gig-economy platforms
- Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects (data labeling, annotation, domain-specific task curation)
- Understanding of Prolific's platform and its role in delivering high-quality human data for AI
