ServiceNow is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to serve as a strategic people partner for a business unit. In this role, you will bridge HR and business leadership, driving organizational effectiveness and business outcomes through talent initiatives and people strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business direction and influence people decisions to support business objectives; contribute to BU business plans and key initiatives - Operationalize talent initiatives that drive business growth and outcomes - Identify and advocate for initiatives that strengthen culture, organizational effectiveness, business performance, and engagement - Act as the voice of the business within HR, partnering with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Operations to ensure HR solutions align with business needs - Coach senior business leaders on people leadership capabilities, helping leaders and managers become more effective and increase their impact - Leverage data and trends to inform guidance to business leadership; measure success, learn, iterate, and improve - Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, calibration and succession planning, organization design, change management, culture, leadership and team development, and relevant workforce trends Requirements: - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Direct client support and management coaching experience, plus team development/management experience - Experience supporting relevant HR functions (a plus) - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration, and relationship building - Ability to thrive in unstructured, ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environments and work independently - Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently - Excellence across the HR "stack" (strategic, operational, and tactical levels) - Credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward - Confidence to challenge respectfully and influence business decisions
