This is a hybrid role based in London with an expectation of one day per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR advisory to leaders on moderate-to-complex workforce and talent challenges within the US and Canada client group, exercising sound judgment and escalating matters that exceed scope.

- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and post-merger workforce integration workstreams for the client group.
- Deliver and locally adapt HR programs (performance cycles, workforce planning inputs, career development processes) in line with enterprise standards.
- Interpret workforce data and people metrics to identify trends and inform recommendations to leaders, including during periods of organizational scrutiny (audits, compliance maturation, scale-up/pre-exit phases).
- Apply compensation data and benchmarking to support pay recommendations, offer construction, and pay equity analysis for the client group.
- Support the Principal HR Business Partner on workforce matters outside the US and Canada as the function's footprint grows.
During the initial phase, the role operates under close coaching from the Principal HR Business Partner while building full ownership of the client group; oversight reduces as competence is demonstrated.

- Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience: ability to align people initiatives with business objectives and provide trusted advisory to leaders and managers at all levels.
- Competency in workforce planning methodologies and organizational design principles to support headcount planning, org changes, and business effectiveness.
- Knowledge of performance management, career development, and talent processes to support capability development.
- Ability to use workforce metrics, organizational data, and HRIS-derived reporting to evaluate trends and support evidence-based decisions.
- Working knowledge of employment fundamentals in other jurisdictions (UK, EMEA, APAC) is desirable.
- Compensation analysis skills, including pay benchmarking and pay equity considerations.
