Salary: USD 127,500 - 183,500 / annual
CircleCI, the world's largest shared CI/CD platform, is seeking a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across the go-to-market organization. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations and sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will own three core pillars:
**Analytics Leadership**: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and KPI reporting that provide actionable insights across the GTM function. Lead data-driven projects to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas, delivering strategic recommendations to leadership.
**Forecasting & Planning**: Own the annual and quarterly revenue planning process, establishing quotas and tracking attainment in partnership with Finance and Sales. Build dynamic forecasting models incorporating pipeline, bookings, expansion, and churn signals. Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, actionable analysis.
**Operations Management**: Optimize end-to-end GTM processes including lead management, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle workflows. Develop best practices for data management and integrity. Identify process gaps and drive cross-functional initiatives to close them. Build and deploy AI agents to automate recurring workflows and streamline business reporting, freeing the team to focus on strategic work.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, product management, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive measurable results. The team prioritizes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and customer engagement.
Ideal candidates bring proven experience in sales strategy, operations, or related functions. You should have a strong background developing and implementing customer success strategies, deep understanding of customer engagement metrics and KPIs, and excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a collaborative mindset to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
