Klaviyo's GTM Systems team operates at the center of the company's go-to-market engine, powering the operational infrastructure that connects marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success. The GTM Systems Partner team is a small group of technical builders responsible for owning the Salesforce platform and its integrations across the full GTM stack, from lead routing and lifecycle management to the external-facing partner portal and its integrations with partner management and payment systems. As Senior GTM Partner Systems Architect, you are the domain expert for Klaviyo's partnerships business systems. You own the Salesforce-to-partner-portal ecosystem, including all integrations with partner management and payment data. Your core responsibility is translating ambiguous business problems into system architecture—creating diagrams, data models, and design documents that guide the team's execution. You drive the roadmap by collaborating closely with the Product Owner, anticipating future needs, and staying hands-on to build and ship meaningful parts of the solution yourself. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end architecture for partnerships business systems, converting business requirements into documented designs (architecture diagrams, data models, sequence flows) that the wider GTM Systems team builds against. - Remain hands-on: build proof-of-concepts and ship Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integrations yourself. Track work in GitHub to ensure reusability across the team. - Set and uphold engineering standards through architecture reviews, GitHub-based pull request reviews, and pair programming that establishes patterns for other developers. - Lead story and backlog refinement with the Product Owner, surfacing technical constraints and tradeoffs early, and shaping the roadmap proactively. - Serve as the go-to domain expert for Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and senior leadership, translating complex architectural decisions into language that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Mentor developers on system design, code quality, and tradeoff thinking, building organizational capability for good architectural decisions. This role requires up to 10% travel. Klaviyo values diverse backgrounds and experiences; if you're a close match, the company encourages applications.
