Maven AGI is hiring a Senior GTM Growth Engineer to build and operate systems that generate qualified enterprise pipeline. The company builds conversational AI agents that autonomously resolve customer support issues—replacing human work at a fraction of the cost. Customers like Dell, ServPro, HardRock, and Tripadvisor report 70–93% autonomous resolution rates.
In this hands-on builder role, you will own the full loop from signal identification through pipeline generation, CRM attribution, and iteration. You'll build systems that combine tools like Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn with custom Python or TypeScript services to create highly personalized outreach workflows. Your responsibilities include developing account and buyer signals from funding, hiring, leadership changes, and product usage; building research and rep agents that assemble context and recommend next-best actions; creating founder and executive outreach queues; and running a high cadence of GTM experiments.
You'll instrument the entire funnel from signal through meeting, opportunity, and ARR to distinguish activity from real pipeline contribution. You'll operate what you build—managing data quality, observability, failure handling, cost, and deliverability. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and engineering teams while retaining clear ownership of outcomes.
You should have shipped production software in Python or TypeScript, be comfortable with APIs, SQL, data models, and LLM workflows, and understand ICPs, buying signals, and enterprise sales. You'll turn ambiguous commercial problems into working systems and measurable experiments. Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or as a technical founder is valued. You report to Will (commercial priorities) with a dotted line to Eugene (Agentic Engineering craft).
