Sanity is building an AI-powered Content Operations platform used by companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, and Anthropic. As a Senior GTM Engineer on the Systems Engineering team, you'll build internal products and systems that power Sanity's go-to-market operations.
You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, GTM operations, data, workflow automation, and AI. Your mission is to turn operational friction into durable systems that improve pipeline execution, customer engagement, visibility, and team productivity for Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building full-stack internal GTM applications using Sanity SDK, TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and backend services
- Shipping products across multiple layers: frontend apps, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, automation, and AI workflows
- Developing tools for pipeline generation, deal execution, customer expansion, account planning, forecasting, and GTM visibility
- Creating AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work, surface insights, improve data quality, and enable better decision-making
- Building with trust through access control, auditability, schema quality, governance, and observability
- Partnering with GTM stakeholders to move from prototype to production quickly
- Measuring impact through adoption metrics, time saved, data quality, and stakeholder feedback
- Helping shape the architecture and culture of a new Systems Engineering team
You bring strong full-stack engineering skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with experience building internal tools, workflow automation, data products, or AI-powered applications. You have product instincts, understand GTM workflows deeply, and can explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're comfortable with ambiguity, systems thinking, and balancing rapid experimentation with reliability and maintainable architecture.
Nice-to-have experience includes GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, CRM/marketing automation systems, production AI/LLM workflows, demo tooling, or prior experience dogfooding composable platforms.
