Braze is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to support go-to-market teams across the APAC region. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will serve as the connective tissue between Braze's global enablement center of excellence and local sales execution in APAC, translating global programs into locally relevant, consistently reinforced enablement that drives measurable impact.
In this role, you will partner with Regional Sales leadership to identify priorities and diagnose business needs, building enablement programs with deep shared ownership. You'll design and maintain a programmatic, recurring skills curriculum across core sales excellence themes including value-based selling, objection handling, competitive differentiation, negotiation, and outreach. You'll localize and reinforce global competitive intelligence and differentiation frameworks, partnering with regional sales leaders to identify emerging threats and equip teams with market-ready defensive playbooks.
You will establish a consistent operating rhythm with Sales leaders, providing regular updates, surfacing needs, and reinforcing accountability for program adoption. You'll drive regional execution of enablement programs, ensuring rollout is timely, tracked, and supported through clear communication. You'll monitor and report on adoption and performance metrics, closing the loop with leadership to highlight progress and gaps.
As the regional voice to the GTM Enablement & Productivity team, you'll provide insights and feedback to shape global programs, ensure consistent rollout of global initiatives in-region, and share adoption data, feedback, and best practices back to global teams. Where appropriate, you may lead global enablement initiatives alongside regional responsibilities.
You bring 5+ years of combined experience in Sales, Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Productivity, or Operations roles. You have a deep understanding of sales processes, tools, skills, and behaviors, with experience driving value-based selling approaches. You're comfortable with technical product concepts and can translate complex AI/product narratives into sales-ready messaging and training. You have strong communication and influence skills, exceptional relationship management abilities with senior stakeholders, and a proven ability to support the development of high-performing sales teams. You're experienced with Learning Management Systems (Seismic LMS/CMS experience is a bonus), comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and can pivot quickly to new demands with high urgency. Business fluent English is required; additional languages, especially Korean, are advantageous.
