As Senior Growth Product Manager, you will own the conversion product experience across all protocols (Testosterone, Weight Loss, and future launches). This includes the get-started flow, eligibility questionnaires, plan selection, payment methods, and checkout. You'll have a dedicated engineering pod, embedded designer, and partnership with the marketing team to execute organic growth, referral programs, abandonment reclamation, and average order value strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the full conversion and acquisition product roadmap with autonomy to sequence priorities and budget for AI/experimentation tools
- Develop distinct growth strategies by protocol, recognizing that different service lines require different approaches based on persona, objections, and economics
- Uphold high standards across all owned experiences: form friction, mobile checkout, page performance, trust signals, and edge-case handling
- Execute pricing strategy and run your own promotions backed by rigorous test design and economic analysis
- Own payment method strategy and collaborate on platform/infrastructure decisions
- Use modern AI tooling to compress idea-to-test cycles and increase experiment throughput
- Drive average order value through plan mix, longer-duration adoption, add-on attach, and bundle presentation
- Partner with marketing to ensure continuity across the customer journey—ad promise, landing page, and in-flow experience align as one cohesive story
- Work closely with finance on LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and contribution margin analysis
- Run experimentation at scale with rigorous standards: power analysis, sample sizing, stopping rules, and guardrail metrics
- Build practices that make experiment results trustworthy and reusable so learnings compound
You'll report to the Head of Product and lead a dedicated engineering pod aligned to the Acquisition task force. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership and real resources—a meaningful engineering team, design support, and marketing budget partnership. The role expects AI-first thinking to ship more experiments than a team this size typically could, and operates with the autonomy to shape the platform and tooling stack rather than inherit it.
