inKind is a restaurant rewards and discovery platform connecting millions of diners with over 10,000 restaurants. The company is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own user engagement and lifecycle development for the consumer app.
In this role, you will drive user lifetime value (LTV) through three core pillars:
**Engagement Strategy**: Own the full engagement and lifecycle roadmap from hypothesis and segmentation through creative execution, measurement, and optimization. Define lifecycle stages (active, lapsing, high-value, dormant) using behavioral data and build programs that improve engagement and user value. Write creative briefs and project plans for automation and creative teams.
**Experimentation and Analytics**: Build your own cohorts and segments independently using dashboards without relying on analysts. Design and ship experiments end-to-end—from hypothesis through segment definition, creative development, measurement, iteration, and productionalization. Develop processes and tools to track experiments more effectively across campaigns and channels.
**Agent-Driven Marketing**: Create playbooks, infrastructure, prompts, and documentation for AI agents to run campaigns safely. Set guardrails including rules, approval steps, and monitoring. Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow and help the team adopt them.
You will work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and other team members. The role leverages Braze and Snowflake to turn rich user data into personalized, lifecycle-driven marketing programs.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally for a consumer app
- Experience running lifecycle marketing across multiple channels
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping experiments end-to-end
- Comfort analyzing large datasets
- Ability to build cohorts and segments from raw data, analyze results independently, and explain findings to non-analysts
- Hands-on use of AI tools in workflow with ability to articulate which tools and how they're used
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Startup experience
- Experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io)
- Experience running paid retargeting to reactivate lapsed users
- Background in consumer marketplaces, rewards, restaurants, or hospitality
- SQL familiarity or experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience working with engineers on automated or data-driven marketing systems
