Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Systems Architect to design, build, and optimize the organization's GTM technology ecosystem. This role serves as the technical lead for GTM platforms, driving automation, integrations, scalable system design, and continuous process improvement across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Platform Engineering & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable solutions across the GTM technology stack including Salesforce, Clari, LeanData, Cloudingo, Dun & Bradstreet, Traction Complete, Planhat, and emerging platforms. Architect solutions supporting Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Lifecycle, and Revenue Operations processes. Evaluate new GTM technologies and ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Salesforce Engineering: Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, Record Types, Permission Sets, Reports/Dashboards). Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and asynchronous processes. Optimize performance and manage deployments using CI/CD best practices.
Integration & Automation: Design and support integrations between GTM platforms and enterprise applications. Build APIs, middleware integrations, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot failures, implement monitoring, and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems.
Solution Design: Gather business requirements, translate processes into technical designs, produce architecture documentation and process diagrams, and balance complexity with maintainability.
Release & Change Management: Lead platform releases, coordinate testing, ensure production readiness, develop rollback plans, and maintain documentation.
Technical Leadership: Mentor GTM Systems Administrators and junior engineers, establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and serve as technical escalation point.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent; 5-8 years administering/engineering Salesforce or enterprise GTM platforms; deep Salesforce administration and configuration experience; Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow development experience; system integration design using APIs and middleware; understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success processes; enterprise security and permission model expertise; strong troubleshooting skills.
Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
