Pebl is a global work platform that enables companies to hire, pay, and manage employees across 185+ countries. The Senior Global Vendor Specialist will join the Network team and own the day-to-day operations of Pebl's partner ecosystem, which spans 126 countries and 175+ active partners including In-Country Partners (ICPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end RFP processes to identify, vet, and onboard new partners across markets; managing partner reactivation pipelines with due diligence reviews and contract refreshes; and responding to expansion requests with structured sourcing plans. You will negotiate localized contract terms (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs) in collaboration with Legal, serve as the internal authority on partner contractual obligations, and own governance frameworks that define how Pebl engages with its global network.
Operationally, you will act as the central bridge between internal teams (Payroll, Experience, Product, Onboarding) and external partners. You'll monitor and enforce SLA adherence across the ecosystem, escalate high-risk issues, identify process improvements, and maintain the Partner Knowledge Base with current documentation and profiles.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in global partner management, vendor operations, or similar roles in multinational, EOR, or PEO environments. You should have hands-on experience running RFPs, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing multi-party relationships across jurisdictions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace and enterprise tools (Airtable, NetSuite, or partner management platforms preferred) are essential. You'll thrive in a fast-moving, globally distributed team environment and manage competing priorities with calm and structure.
Reports to the Director of Payroll Operations, Network and Expense. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lisbon.
