You will join the engineering team as a Senior GenAI Engineer based in London, working on cutting-edge generative AI features within the business planning platform. Your role will focus on translating user needs into simple, elegant technical solutions leveraging large language models and AI agents. You will work on implementing GenAI capabilities that enhance Pigment's core offering, with a product-oriented mindset that balances innovation with practical delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent production-grade coding experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience prompting large language models (through low-code tools or implemented GenAI features)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Product-oriented mindset; ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Knowledge of recent agent developments (preferred)
- Bonus: Kubernetes experience
- Bonus: Experience building agents using LangGraph
- Bonus: Experience building and shipping complex products on top of LLMs
