Salary: USD 210,000 - 240,000 / annual

The Customer Journey team owns critical user experiences from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase—shaping how users across different segments (individual developers, teams, and AI-assisted workflows) experience the product.
In this Senior Fullstack Engineer role, you'll own and improve key product journeys end-to-end, working at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You'll build intuitive, high-quality experiences that help users quickly understand and realize Postman's value. Responsibilities include designing and implementing features that drive adoption of core platform capabilities, partnering with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify opportunities, and using experimentation and analytics to validate impact. You'll develop deep insights into how developers use Postman individually and collaboratively, then apply those insights to improve the product. The role emphasizes iterative delivery of thoughtful improvements and contributing to the evolution of onboarding and discovery systems as the product scales.
You'll need 8+ years building frontend or full-stack applications with a strong focus on product and user experience. Required skills include strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with modern frameworks like React or Next.js, a track record of building experiences that drive engagement and adoption, and experience using data and analytics to guide decisions. You should have strong product sense, attention to detail, ability to own ambiguous problems, excellent cross-functional communication, and genuine curiosity about developer workflows. Nice-to-haves include full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript, state management tools like MobX, B2B or developer tools experience, and startup environment exposure.
