The company is building next-generation solutions combining physical field units with an Agentic AI platform to deliver actionable intelligence for safety, compliance, and operations.
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale software across the entire user interface and mission-critical backend services. You will own features end-to-end—from building responsive React applications to optimizing federated GraphQL subgraphs. Your engineering judgment will directly shape how enterprise customers interact with real-time IoT data and advanced automated workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver high-quality software end-to-end: Design, build, test, and ship robust features across the full stack, ensuring code aligns with high-performance standards from UI components to backend REST and GraphQL services.
• Cross-service architecture and debugging: Trace, isolate, and resolve complex, systemic bugs across service boundaries (UI, API gateways, subgraphs, and legacy codebases) to ensure seamless performance.
• API and data integrity: Define clear data contracts between microservices, maintain schema federation hygiene, and architect secure, scalable real-time WebSocket data flows.
• Promote reliability and performance: Write and run comprehensive tests, instrument critical system metrics, and build operational dashboards to proactively monitor system health and minimize downtime.
• Technical mentorship: Provide technical guidance and constructive code reviews to mid-level and junior engineers, encouraging best practices and continuous learning across the team.
• Continuous engineering improvement: Collaborate across adjacent QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to accelerate CI/CD pipelines and enhance stack-wide type safety.
