Tebi is a Connected Restaurant Management System founded by Arnout Schuijff (co-founder of Adyen) and backed by €50M from Index Ventures and CapitalG. The platform unifies sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and data analytics for thousands of restaurants across Europe.
As a Senior Fullstack Mobile Engineer, you'll lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications serving restaurant teams. You'll own architecture decisions for Android and iOS experiences, design shared business logic using Kotlin Multiplatform, and implement platform-specific UI components with Jetpack Compose. Close collaboration with design, product, and backend teams is central to the role.
Key responsibilities include architecting the app across both platforms, building performant shared code and native UI layers, integrating tightly with backend services (GCP/Postgres), improving developer experience and build tooling, and shaping how Tebi scales across new markets and user segments.
You bring 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep mobile expertise. You have strong Android shipping experience, familiarity with iOS and multiplatform patterns, and solid Kotlin skills. You're comfortable owning technical decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and balancing product thinking with engineering rigor. You communicate well and take pragmatic approaches to scalable systems.
The tech stack uses Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, GCP, and Postgres. This is an in-office role in Amsterdam with equity, competitive salary, office lunch, team events, and unlimited time off.
