As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work hybrid from Stuttgart (Fellbach) or remotely, taking ownership of the continuous development of internal services and tools. You'll substantially shape the build-out of a scalable, future-oriented architecture and infrastructure, expanding CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Collaborating closely with product and frontend teams, you'll design and implement impactful new features while actively driving AI-supported development by integrating LLMs for code generation and product features. You'll explore advanced topics like machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering, contributing to the full lifecycle of brand-new products from inception. The role emphasizes pragmatic problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and a culture where everyone is treated equally and fairly. You bring strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python), with a focus on TypeScript. You're highly proficient with modern AI tooling such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs, and actively follow AI trends. You have a passion for writing high-performance, maintainable code and designing complex systems, with a strong desire to dive into new technical territories and continuously develop your skills.
