You'll join a newly formed Custom Solutions team that builds extensions to the Staffbase platform—widgets, plugins, and integrations—tailored to enterprise customer needs. This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape both the technical direction and team culture from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
- Own custom solutions end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, and release
- Partner with stakeholders (customers, consultants, internal teams) to define use cases and validate solutions post-launch
- Build across the full stack using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, REST APIs, Docker, Terraform, and testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Mentor mid-level engineers as the team grows, helping establish engineering standards and processes
- Follow "You build it, you run it" principles with operational ownership
