You'll join a newly formed Custom Solutions team building extensions and integrations that adapt the Staffbase platform to specific enterprise customer needs. This is a high-ownership role where you'll own solutions end-to-end: collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases, architecting and building across the full stack, testing, and validating with end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Own custom solution development from technical design through implementation, testing, and release
- Partner with customers, consultants, and internal teams to define requirements and validate solutions
- Build across the stack using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, REST APIs, Docker, and Terraform
- Mentor mid-level engineers on the growing team and help establish engineering standards and processes
- Follow "you build it, you run it" principles with operational ownership
