Natter is an enterprise conversation intelligence platform powered by AI and video, enabling large organizations to gather real-time feedback and insights from thousands of users simultaneously. The company recently raised $23M in Series A funding and is used by Fortune 500 companies including ServiceNow, Accenture, Philip Morris, Lego, PwC, and others. They are scaling from 30 to 60 employees and seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own products end-to-end. In this high-ownership role, you will work across the entire stack—from React frontends to backend services to AWS infrastructure. You'll contribute to product decisions, set technical direction, and ship features that directly impact enterprise customers. The engineering culture emphasizes autonomy, clean code, and rapid iteration: the team ships multiple times daily using CI/CD, feature flags, and observability tools. Key responsibilities include owning features from conception through production deployment, designing scalable APIs and data models, building polished user interfaces, collaborating with product and design teams, setting technical standards, conducting code reviews, and proactively addressing performance, reliability, and security issues. The tech stack includes Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, and Rust on the backend; React on the frontend; Postgres and DynamoDB for data; and AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda) with AWS CDK for infrastructure. The team leverages AI tools like Claude Code to focus on high-impact problems. You should have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fullstack capabilities, proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, a track record of shipping production-quality software in fast-moving post-Series A environments, strong product instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent communication skills. AWS and CI/CD pipeline experience is required. Bonus qualifications include experience with AI/LLM-powered products, B2B SaaS, conversational interfaces, or early-stage startups.
