Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. The platform helps MSK provider groups and specialty clinics grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. The company recently closed Series B and is scaling its engineering team.
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will own both frontend and backend development across a healthcare SaaS platform serving regulated medical environments. On the frontend, you'll build robust Vue.js 3 applications, including real-time web interfaces for audio and SMS communications with patients. On the backend, you'll develop HTTP APIs using Express.js and TypeScript, build and migrate custom internal packages, and integrate with third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks, AWS, and GCP. Real-time streaming experience is valued.
You bring 3+ years of proven experience building highly-available applications in regulated environments. You have working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node.js, Mongoose, and Express. You're experienced with monorepo tooling (especially Turborepo), SQL databases like PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Healthcare tech or SaaS experience is preferred, as is familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipeline knowledge are a plus.
