Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 / annual
Arkestro is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company building a Predictive Procurement Platform that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. The platform helps procurement teams move away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and deliver better outcomes faster for both buyers and suppliers.
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Product team. You will be an integral part of the team designing, building, and innovating our platform alongside software engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across team, product capability, or technical systems
- Collaborate with QA engineers and product teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and quality is maintained throughout the SDLC and release cycles
- Work with Product Management on estimation and commitment
- Partner with Staff Engineers to ensure architecture aligns with organizational goals
- Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development processes and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues
- Participate in on-call rotation
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React, TypeScript, AntD, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright
Backend: Ruby, Rails, Node, Python, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec
Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes with Istio, DataDog, Github
AI/ML: Prompt engineering, harness engineering with Claude Code and similar tools
Required Experience:
- 6+ years building customer-facing applications professionally with Product Management, UX, and Data teams
- 6+ years with Rails/Ruby
- 4+ years with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, Figma
- 3+ years architecting full-stack applications
- 2+ years with AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio
- 6+ months using AI-native SDLC tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar)
Bonus: Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations, SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs, and familiarity with Pagerduty, Datadog, Sendgrid, Code Climate.
