As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Platform Infrastructure team, you will lead the design and governance of agentic solutions, bridging innovative AI agents with production-grade software. You'll ensure the platform provides safe, reliable, and intelligent automation for enterprise clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect and govern agentic solutions by developing platforms that run AI agents, integrating them with CreatorIQ via APIs and custom MCP servers
- Implement safety and governance frameworks, designing guardrails to ensure agents are secure, reliable, and compliant for global enterprise use
- Build agent discovery systems and interfaces enabling users to discover, evaluate, and select appropriate AI agents for their workflows
- Develop scalable agentic-ready systems using React/TypeScript for frontend and Node.js/Python for backend services
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, feedback sessions, and real-user monitoring to demonstrate solutions and gather implementation feedback
- Advise on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategies supporting long-term roadmap

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience, including full-stack applications and distributed systems
- 2+ years designing or deploying AI-powered applications using agent frameworks (Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MS Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agent SDK, or similar)
- Practical experience building and deploying AI agents at scale in production, including deploying MCP servers as enablement layers; understanding of complexities and passion for implementing safety and governance guardrails
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python with strong background in building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript for building intuitive UIs for AI agent interaction
- Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and proficiency managing environments where agents operate
