Greenboard is building an AI-native compliance operating system for financial institutions including RIAs, fintechs, private funds, and hedge funds. The platform replaces fragmented legacy tools and automates compliance workflows at scale, helping firms reduce regulatory risk and modernize their technology stack.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll solve challenging technical problems spanning AI agents for detecting insider trading, message archiving systems handling tens of millions of daily messages, and scalable infrastructure for financial compliance. You'll have deep ownership over products you build and work alongside world-class engineers from Amazon, Google, and unicorn startups.
The role is full-time, on-site at the NoMad office in NYC with 10 remote days per year. You'll be expected to move fast, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a startup environment.
Required qualifications include 5-8 years of industry experience, strong programming skills in Node.js and React, experience architecting secure and scalable systems in AWS, and knowledge of building scalable data infrastructure. Familiarity with AI and machine learning algorithms is expected. Financial industry experience is a plus but not required.
