Solv is building AI-powered healthcare infrastructure to make everyday care easier for patients and clinical teams. You will join as a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer focused on AI products. Near-term work includes developing voice and other AI agents supporting scheduling, billing, and healthcare workflows, though this is a broader product-engineering role where problems and technologies will evolve.
You will partner closely with product managers, designers, customers, and engineers to translate business and user problems into shipped improvements. Your responsibilities span the full technology stack: frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, relational data models, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Taking ideas from early exploration through implementation, production rollout, and iteration
- Building scrappy prototypes to learn quickly, then developing reliable production systems once opportunities are validated
- Improving AI systems using evaluations, production traces, customer feedback, product data, and operational signals
- Designing for uncertainty through testing, observability, guardrails, fallbacks, and auditability
- Owning technical decisions, execution, production quality, and results
You are a senior generalist with strong web fundamentals, product judgment, curiosity, and ownership mentality. While you don't need prior professional experience on an AI-native team, meaningful hands-on AI work is required—this may come from production work, internal tools, prototypes, open source, personal projects, or self-directed experimentation.
