Fin is an AI Customer Agent company transforming customer support for businesses globally. The company website (fin.ai) is the centerpiece of the brand and primary lead driver for demand generation, sitting at the intersection of awareness, product marketing, demand, and support.
Team Web is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join and shape the future of the website across the full stack—from UI to infrastructure. You'll design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions, collaborating closely with product marketers, designers, and engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build modern UIs and backend services, APIs, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver seamless, performant experiences
- Develop backend logic and APIs, manage data flows, and integrate with third-party platforms
- Optimize website performance through lazy loading, efficient asset management, and best practices
- Set up and manage infrastructure using Vercel, AWS, CloudFront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI)
- Implement and maintain web analytics and support A/B testing for data-driven decisions
- Stay current with emerging technologies to improve development processes and user experience
- Write backend software and unblock yourself end-to-end
- Leverage AI-powered developer tools to focus on meaningful problems
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of full stack development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind
- Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity) and marketing tools (Google Tag Manager, Marketo)
- CI/CD tools experience (CircleCI)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and AWS cloud platform familiarity
- A/B testing and analytics tools experience
- Performance optimization knowledge for fast-loading, responsive websites
- Front-end testing experience (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
