In this role, you will build and ship features for North, developing autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data. You'll write minimal, efficient code optimized for low-resource environments with stringent deployment requirements. Security and privacy are paramount—you may need to build custom solutions rather than rely on popular libraries. You'll collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
You should have shipped substantial full-stack code (Python and React) in production environments. You excel in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and have experience in both large enterprises and startups. You have strong coding abilities across the stack, can understand and fix issues outside the main codebase, and ideally have built and deployed highly performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications at scale. A creative mindset and design sensibility are bonuses.
