bunch is building the operating infrastructure for private markets, combining AI-powered automation with regulatory expertise to replace fragmented processes with an integrated platform. The company has 4x'd ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs, and closed a $35M Series B in May 2026.
You'll join the Platform team as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with frontend focus, building foundational product experiences and services that power the platform. Your work will directly impact thousands of users managing billions in assets. The role emphasizes ownership, technical excellence, user-centered thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build robust, scalable, well-tested full-stack features with strong frontend focus using modern frameworks and the in-house Design System
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers, QAs, and Engineers to ship high-quality features quickly
- Contribute to and evolve frontend architecture, backend services, tooling, and design system
- Ensure great developer experience and continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Write meaningful unit and E2E tests
- Actively shape product solutions through discovery, feedback, and design critiques
As a Senior engineer, you will:
- Take ownership across the stack with particular depth in frontend, influencing platform-wide decisions
- Drive alignment between design and development on challenging UX cases
- Own and evolve the in-house Design System alongside the design team
- Guide the team in architecture and performance decisions
- Mentor and support other engineers
Tech stack: Frontend uses Svelte + SvelteKit (moving toward React + TanStack), TypeScript, MeltUI (moving toward Shadcn), Felte + zod. Testing: Vitest (unit), Playwright (E2E). Backend: Node.js, NestJS, MySQL, Sequelize. Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience building product applications across the stack with clear frontend depth
- Fluent in TypeScript, comfortable with modern frontend frameworks, able to contribute to Node.js backend services
- Experience working with Design Systems; for Senior: experience building or maintaining custom ones
- Familiar with unit and E2E testing (Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents)
- Understand UI/UX principles and care about building elegant, accessible, usable interfaces
- Can operate in ambiguity and turn loosely defined ideas into working software
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment
Nice to have: Previous exposure to fintech or highly regulated domains, experience with zod or form validation tools, worked with data visualizations (tables, charts).
