As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll drive development of high-performance web and desktop applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and real-time communication. You'll work across the full stack using technologies like React, TypeScript, and Tauri, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust software solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing web and desktop applications, architecting complex state management solutions for large-scale systems, implementing efficient data processing and caching strategies, and providing technical mentorship to other engineers. You'll participate in code reviews, lead architectural discussions, contribute to long-term technical strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role emphasizes AI-native engineering practices including agentic workflows, strong architectural patterns, and test-driven delivery.
You'll utilize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, troubleshoot production issues, stay current with emerging technologies, and propose architectural improvements. The position requires writing clean, scalable, testable code and implementing efficient processes for real-time updates and data synchronization.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of professional JavaScript or TypeScript development, strong proficiency in building scalable applications, expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript, and experience with real-time communication protocols like WebSockets and MQTT. You should have strong unit and E2E testing skills (Cypress), knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and deep expertise in state management patterns (Redux, Zustand). Experience with Rust and Python for backend integration is beneficial.
