Port is building an open and flexible Agentic SDLC Platform that serves as the central nervous system for engineering organizations. The platform helps organizations unify their engineering stack and expose it through governed golden paths for developers and AI agents, enabling the transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build cutting-edge solutions using a modern tech stack serving thousands of daily active developers worldwide. You'll work end-to-end on design, implementation, and feature delivery, influencing complex, scaled backend systems that cater to a wide user base. The technical stack includes React + TypeScript on the frontend; NodeJS + TypeScript, Python, and Golang on the backend; and Kafka + Kafka Connect, Redis, and PostgreSQL for databases and infrastructure.
Beyond coding, you will assist in planning and growing the engineering team's skills, help recruit new talent, and contribute to open source projects collaborating with developers globally. You'll join a collaborative and dynamic team of talented developers where creativity and innovation thrive. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Designers to bring the developer portal product to life, with your expertise having significant impact on product development. You'll also have opportunities to work directly with customers and engage with the product community, ensuring the best possible product delivery.
