LeanData is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship features end-to-end across their platform. The role spans both established systems—including a Salesforce managed package and orchestration infrastructure where modern and legacy code coexist—and greenfield work on new AI and agent-based products. You will own significant technical work, drive best practices and standards across the engineering team, and use AI tooling fluently throughout the software development lifecycle (spec, build, review, test). You'll debug and resolve production issues across the full stack, balancing the complexity of maintaining legacy systems while shipping new capabilities quickly. Required experience includes hands-on full-stack web application development shipped to production, fluency with AI-assisted development tools, and the judgment to apply them effectively. You should have strong TypeScript skills, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to design scalable systems with sound data models and service boundaries. A track record of shipping regularly with CI/CD and iterative review processes is essential, as is comfort working in large, mature codebases that mix modern and legacy patterns. Preferred qualifications include experience building customer-facing or agent-based AI products, backend work with Node.js and Express, relational databases like PostgreSQL, REST API design and consumption, and a history of modernizing legacy frontends. Salesforce platform experience is a nice-to-have: Apex/SOQL fluency, Platform Developer certification, ISV or managed-package background, and Visualforce or Lightning Web Components experience are all valued. The team values quality and maintainability as first-class outcomes, pragmatic AI adoption with honest assessment of limitations, and ownership that carries work from ambiguity through production. You'll be expected to make technical trade-offs explicit, decide, and bring the team along.
