Complyance is building a game-changing platform in the Information Security Compliance space. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing a responsive web application that sets the gold standard in the compliance market.
You will use state-of-the-art technology to solve real problems for customers, leveraging your technical expertise to build responsive web applications with elegant architecture. Working closely with Product and Design teams, you'll assess feasibility, define technical solutions, and translate product objectives into scalable frontend and backend specifications. You'll mentor junior team members on software engineering best practices, evangelize Infrastructure-as-Code and testing methodologies, and maintain a focus on testability, security, scalability, and operability.
You'll confidently articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and maintain Information Security and Privacy standards as defined by company policy.
Tech Stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Vitest, Playwright, Hasura, Node.js, NX monorepo, Temporal, AWS.
You bring solid full-stack experience with a focus on frontend development, proficiency in React with strong UX sensibility, and basic infrastructure/DevOps/CI-CD knowledge. You have startup experience building products from scratch, understand software engineering best practices (TDD, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation), and work effectively in cross-functional settings with Product and Design. Experience with UI and mobile-first development is valued, along with general interest in compliance and security topics. Fluent English required.
