The company addresses a critical gap in medical diagnosis: the shortage of physicians relative to patient volume, which leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays causing hundreds of thousands of preventable deaths yearly. You will join the engineering organization as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, taking end-to-end ownership of meaningful features and systems. Your responsibilities span design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features and systems across the full stack
- Own features throughout their complete lifecycle from conception to production support
- Write high-quality, production-grade code emphasizing reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions with a platform-oriented mindset
- Promote engineering excellence through best practices in clean code, testing, CI/CD, and observability
- Serve as a technical role model through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Required qualifications: 8+ years building complex software systems, proven experience delivering large-scale production systems end-to-end, strong computer science fundamentals, hands-on experience across frontend and backend domains, strong ownership mindset, excellent English communication skills, and proactive problem-solving ability.
Nice-to-have skills include CS degree, relational database experience (PostgreSQL), production monitoring/observability tools, and container/infrastructure tooling (Docker, Terraform).
Aidoc operates a hybrid model from offices at 34 HaMasger Street in Tel Aviv with employee parking.
