You will join one of AlayaCare's product teams as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering. The team is dedicated to product development and ongoing enhancement of features within the SaaS application, with a specific focus on the onboarding systems that power how new customers are brought on board.
As a senior member, you will play a key role in scoping technical work, using your knowledge to ensure it is properly sequenced, designed, and implemented. Your critical thinking and solution-oriented approach will support the team's success. You will work directly on systems that make onboarding faster, reduce manual effort, and improve the experience for both internal teams and customers.
The role offers a fast-paced environment with strong purpose, where your contributions will directly reduce the time and cost of bringing new customers into the platform and shape how the company scales. You will help build the next generation of admin tooling that powers efficient, seamless customer onboarding.
