Payoneer is a global financial platform founded in 2005 that simplifies cross-border business operations. With over 2,500 colleagues worldwide, the company serves customers and partners across 190+ countries, removing friction from financial workflows including global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence. In this Senior Full Stack Developer role on the Core Platform team, you will build and maintain the Developer Portal—a self-service platform engineering tool that allows internal teams to scaffold services, manage CI/CD pipelines, and provision infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with DevOps and other R&D teams to develop full-stack features spanning frontend (React) and backend (.NET) while handling sensitive platform data within a restricted access model. Key responsibilities include providing technical authority to your team through hands-on leadership, owning the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment for your team's work. You'll demonstrate a mentoring approach and be responsible for growing team members. Required qualifications: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years backend development in .NET with practical React experience; 5+ years advanced SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL); SaaS platform experience on cloud (preferably AWS); containers and Kubernetes (K8s/EKS); message brokers (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka); microservices development; OOP and design patterns; engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, Agile); and a passion for managing and growing people. Differentiators include CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps), infrastructure-as-code (Crossplane), cloud provisioning (AWS), and Domain Driven Design (DDD) expertise.
