As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you'll build web applications that power the AI Receptionist experience—a product that answers calls, understands intent, completes tasks, schedules appointments, and routes conversations intelligently. You'll work across Product, Design, AI/ML, and Platform teams to create intuitive interfaces for configuring AI agents, managing deployments, monitoring live conversations, and analyzing performance.
Key responsibilities include designing and building modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript; creating UX for AI configuration, knowledge management, agent testing, and voice deployment; building reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure; integrating with backend services via REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time streaming; collaborating with AI/ML engineers to surface LLM capabilities; optimizing performance, accessibility, and reliability at enterprise scale; driving frontend architecture decisions; improving developer productivity through testing, CI/CD, and observability; and mentoring engineers through technical leadership and design reviews.
You'll need 5+ years of professional software engineering with strong frontend focus, deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, experience building complex production-scale web applications, strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and performance optimization. Experience with real-time systems, conversational AI, voice interfaces, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
