Parloa is building an iconic AI Platform company serving Fortune 2000 enterprises with its Agent Management Platform (AMP), positioning itself as the AI Agent management layer for enterprise AI transformation. The company is establishing Europe's leading engineering organization to set a global benchmark for engineering excellence.
As a Senior Frontend Platform Engineer, you will strengthen Parloa's central frontend platform, which includes microfrontend architecture, a Server-Driven UI library, and a shared design system. Your primary focus is enabling product teams to ship agent management platform UI faster with clear ownership and fewer coordination dependencies. Some engineers are embedded in product teams for deeper, custom UI where platform patterns don't apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and shipping the agent management platform UI and platform improvements using microfrontend architecture, shared design system, and Server-Driven UI library
- Owning technical design and delivery of complex features or services, turning ambiguity into clear execution plans
- Shipping in small, high-quality increments while balancing speed with scalability, security, and maintainability
- Working full-stack when needed (TypeScript/React plus adjacent services and integrations) to ensure features are deliverable end-to-end
- Leveraging modern AI tooling to multiply impact while rigorously validating outputs
- Building with reliability and observability in mind, defining SLIs and proactively monitoring impact
- Maintaining strong engineering discipline: clean CI/CD, meaningful tests, safe rollouts, and fast rollbacks
- Responding to production issues with urgency and contributing to systemic improvements
- Raising the bar through high-signal code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
- Mentoring engineers and strengthening the team's technical standards
You bring professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments. You take full ownership, move quickly with a bias for action, and operate comfortably in ambiguity. You think in systems (scalability, reliability, performance, security), define success clearly, and hold a high craftsmanship bar for clean, secure, well-tested code. You give and receive candid feedback, elevate those around you through mentoring and technical leadership, and balance pragmatism with ambition.
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, React Router, styled-components, TanStack Query, nanostores, single-spa, Webpack, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, GitHub Actions, Azure Blob Storage, Vitest, RTL, MSW, and Playwright.
