You will join the Web Platform team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, serving as architect and force multiplier across 8+ product teams. This is a high-impact role focused on modernizing a massive codebase and pioneering AI enablement across web engineering.
Key responsibilities include: executing and scaling a microfrontend architecture transition to ensure modularity and maintainability; supporting and mentoring engineers across product teams to accelerate their velocity; championing AI tool adoption and integration into development workflows; evaluating and designing next-generation web technology stacks; managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment friction; establishing rigorous automated testing standards and quality practices; and developing shared core utilities and architectural patterns that enable faster team development.
You will own developer infrastructure, collaborate with the Design System team, and drive architectural evolution across the platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in modern web development combined with the ability to influence and mentor across multiple teams.
Required: 4+ years frontend or platform web development experience; expertise in React, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, and modern web technologies; proven track record building complex SPAs and designing/implementing microfrontend architectures; hands-on CI/CD pipeline configuration and optimization (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI); strong automated testing background (unit, integration, end-to-end); interest in AI-assisted development; Computer Science degree or equivalent.
