As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Ostro team, you will own key UI decisions that directly impact how quickly clinicians access medication insights and deliver care. You'll design responsive, intuitive user interfaces across Ostro's product suite using modern frontend frameworks, with a focus on performance and accessibility in clinical settings where seamless UX directly affects decision-making speed.
Key responsibilities include: developing responsive, intuitive interfaces using modern frontend frameworks; collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless features and improve UX; maintaining high code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and robust standards; optimizing application performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability; driving accessibility compliance through proactive testing and inclusive design advocacy; and staying current with emerging web technologies to improve the frontend stack.
You'll need 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production B2B or B2C SaaS applications with deep expertise in modern frontend development, particularly React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Experience with Material-UI, MobX, React Query, or Zustand is a plus.
