Pave Bank is building next-generation banking infrastructure for businesses in a global, digital economy. The company recently raised $39M in Series A funding (led by Accel) and is building a fully-licensed programmable bank that rearchitects how money moves between businesses, across borders, and between traditional and digital finance.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll own the frontend stack and work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Translating product requirements and designs into polished, responsive user experiences
- Designing and developing reusable UI components and frontend patterns
- Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs and financial services
- Contributing to frontend architecture and technical decision-making
- Building reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Improving application performance, accessibility, security, and overall UX
- Iterating quickly with product and design teams based on customer feedback
- Participating in code reviews and establishing engineering standards
- Evolving frontend tooling, testing, and development workflows
- Taking ownership of projects from technical design through implementation and delivery

You'll work alongside engineers from Monzo, Atom Bank, Blockdaemon, GXS, and Grab.
