Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools.
You'll join Glow's R&D team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, working with a small, high-caliber team to build the frontend foundations and infrastructure powering the platform. Your mission is to transform complex security data into fast, intuitive, and scalable experiences for enterprise security teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and latest frontend technologies
- Owning frontend architecture, reusable components, and UI patterns while partnering with backend engineers and product teams
- Driving features end-to-end from design through implementation, testing, release, and production
- Building intuitive experiences for complex security workflows, dashboards, and large-scale datasets
- Creating infrastructure and guardrails (linting rules, APIs, testing mechanisms) that enable non-frontend developers to ship features quickly without compromising quality
- Shaping and evolving the design system and shared component library
- Improving frontend performance, scalability, and developer experience
- Moving fast, iterating quickly, and helping shape both product and engineering culture
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production applications with React and TypeScript
- Proven track record delivering complex frontend features from design through production
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability
- Experience with GraphQL APIs and close collaboration with backend engineers
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, and modern frontend development practices
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
