UiPath is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to develop user-facing features for Orchestrator, the centralized web platform that manages, deploys, monitors, and schedules automations, robots, agents, apps, and API workflows. You'll join a large frontend-focused team building core experiences for this enterprise platform.
In this role, you will plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications for new features and enhancements, including cloud-based tools. You'll collaborate across UiPath teams to design and engineer product areas, ensuring technical deliverables meet customer expectations while maintaining quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, and testability standards. You'll help establish effective and agile engineering practices, identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise mitigation solutions, and plan feature development while designing system components and building engineering roadmaps. You'll also maintain code quality, organization, and automation practices.
You bring 5+ years of coding experience in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS. You can build large frontend architectures that scale effectively and have strong knowledge of browser APIs and performance optimization. You excel at transforming functional and UX requirements into working products with accessibility in mind. You mentor junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and constructive feedback. A grasp of LLM technologies is valuable for this role.
