You'll join as a Senior Front-End Engineer to build and scale React-based applications that power the Payment Integrity and Operations teams. This is a product-minded role where you'll design high-quality, production-grade interfaces for complex auditing and workflow tools, working closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
Key responsibilities include: designing and maintaining React applications for core auditing and workflow tools; owning the architecture of key frontend systems including state management, component design, and performance optimization; improving frontend infrastructure (build tooling, testing, CI/CD); partnering with backend teams on clean API contracts; identifying opportunities to enhance UI performance, accessibility, and user experience; contributing to code reviews and establishing frontend best practices; and debugging complex cross-component issues.
You bring 7+ years of professional frontend experience with deep hands-on React expertise, strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and state management patterns. You have a track record of building and scaling frontend systems within growing teams, collaborating cross-functionally to ship high-quality features, and a strong eye for UX. You're comfortable working through ambiguity and translating operational or business requirements into clean technical solutions, with experience in testing frameworks and CI/CD tooling.
Preferred qualifications include experience building B2B SaaS products (especially for operations, clinical, or financial teams), healthcare technology or regulated industry background, familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries, performance optimization for data-dense workflow-heavy applications, and exposure to AI/GenAI-powered frontend features.
