Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack. As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive company planning and board/investor decisions. This is a high-autonomy, individual-contributor role focused on turning numbers into actionable insights for leadership. Key responsibilities: **Financial Model Ownership**: Build and maintain the three-statement and operating model using robust architecture, accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, and integrated budgets. You own the accuracy of every output and the integrity of every assumption, providing reliable forecasts and analysis for company planning. **Acquisition Modeling & Integration**: Independently evaluate acquisition targets, build valuations and pro-forma combined-entity models, support due diligence, and consolidate closed deals into a unified financial view. This work is periodic but mission-critical when it arrives. **Business-Review Reporting**: Drive financial analysis and reporting that supports leadership decision-making, board updates, and investor communications. **SaaS Unit Economics & Forecasting**: Understand bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). Connect metric movements to underlying drivers and operating levers. You will work fluently with modern financial tooling (Google Sheets, Excel, AI automation) while maintaining rigorous financial judgment. Your influence comes from the rigor and reach of your analysis, not authority. You pressure-test assumptions, challenge conventional wisdom, and compound your edge through relentless learning. Required expertise: integrated three-statement and operating models, SaaS revenue recognition, acquisition valuation and purchase accounting, business acumen across revenue and cost drivers, and proficiency with financial systems and AI tooling.
