Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack.
The Senior FP&A Analyst owns Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive company planning and leadership decisions. This is a high-autonomy role that works independently and sets the modeling standard for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
**Financial Model Ownership**: Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model using robust architecture, accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, and integrated budgets. Own the accuracy of every output and the integrity of every assumption to provide reliable forecasts and analysis for company planning and decision-making.
**Acquisition Modeling & Integration**: Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models by independently evaluating targets, supporting due diligence, and consolidating closed deals to provide a complete financial view of acquisition implications and the combined business.
**Business-Review Reporting**: Drive financial analysis and reporting for business reviews, board meetings, and investor communications.
**SaaS Forecasting & Unit Economics**: Develop bottom-up short-term forecasts and driver-based long-term models. Understand SaaS metrics and connect movements in those metrics to their underlying drivers and operating levers.
You will bring deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting foundations, including three-statement integration, SaaS revenue recognition, and cost treatment. You understand acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, and consolidation mechanics. You have strong business and commercial acumen—understanding how the business generates revenue, incurs costs, and identifying inconsistencies in financial results. You are fluent with Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation capabilities, distinguishing where automation improves speed and control from where financial judgment must remain.
This role is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of numbers and for turning them into sharp recommendations for senior leadership, the board, and investors. Influence comes from the rigor and reach of analysis, not authority. You own the model and the truth it tells.
