Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single AI-native SaaS stack.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive company planning and board decisions. This is a high-autonomy role focused on turning numbers into actionable choices for leadership, not simply reporting results.
Key responsibilities include:
**Financial Model Ownership**: Build and maintain the integrated three-statement and operating model using robust architecture, accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, and integrated budgets. You own the accuracy of every output and the integrity of every assumption, providing reliable forecasts and analysis for company planning and decision-making.
**Acquisition Modeling & Integration**: Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models by independently evaluating targets, supporting due diligence, and consolidating closed deals to provide a complete financial view of acquisition implications and the combined business.
**Business-Review Reporting**: Drive financial analysis and reporting for business reviews, providing leadership and the board with sharp, pressure-tested recommendations that include downside cases alongside point estimates.
**SaaS Forecasting & Unit Economics**: Develop bottom-up short-term forecasts and driver-based long-term models. Connect movements in SaaS metrics to their underlying drivers and identify operating levers that can change them.
You will bring deep expertise in financial model architecture, three-statement accounting, SaaS revenue recognition, and cost treatment. You understand acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, and consolidation mechanics. You have strong business acumen—understanding how the business generates revenue, incurs costs, and identifying inconsistencies in financial results. You are fluent with Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation tools, knowing when to automate and when financial judgment must remain manual.
This role is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of numbers and for turning them into recommendations sharp enough to act on. Your influence comes from the rigor and reach of your analysis, not from authority. You work without detailed briefs, set modeling standards others build on, and compound your edge through relentless learning.
