Anine Bing, a Los Angeles-based fashion house founded in 2012, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team at the Paris headquarters. The role combines full P&L ownership with hands-on business partnering and plays a central part in structuring FP&A processes as the brand scales internationally. As a senior member of the Paris HQ Finance team, you will hold the full view of the company P&L from net sales to EBITDA across all channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale) and regions (US, Europe, Asia). You will own the planning and reporting cycles, drive margin analysis and optimization, and serve as a key finance partner to operational leaders. Key responsibilities include: - Full P&L ownership: own company-wide P&L view consolidated across retail, e-commerce and wholesale, and across US, Europe and Asia. Act as the go-to reference on P&L performance and drivers for the Head of Finance and leadership team. - Budgeting & forecasting: lead annual budget, monthly reforecasts and long-range plan. Own planning calendar, key assumptions and models, and consolidate inputs from regional and functional stakeholders. - Margin management: own margin analysis at every level (channel, market, category, collection, SKU), including markdowns, promotions, cost of goods, freight, duties, FX and inventory provisions. Build margin bridges, explain variances and drive recommendations on pricing and markdown strategy. - Monthly close & reporting: own FP&A month-end close and global management reporting package (actuals vs. budget, forecast and prior year, variance commentary, KPI dashboards). Work with Accounting to ensure management and statutory figures reconcile. - Business partnering: serve as finance partner to Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain leaders on store P&Ls, inventory productivity and open-to-buy, pricing, promotional plans, and business cases for store openings and market entries. - Processes & controls: design, document and continuously improve FP&A processes, templates, review controls and data standards. Drive reporting automation across finance stack (NetSuite, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) in coordination with Accounting and IT. - Leadership support: prepare materials for executive and board reviews and lead ad hoc analyses requested by the CFO and Head of Finance. Review and guide work of junior team members. This is a full-time permanent position (CDI) based at Paris HQ with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day of remote work possible. The role reports to the Head of Finance. Anine Bing is a global fashion brand available in over 90 countries with a growing network of brick-and-mortar retail stores.
